TPU passed an Emergency Assistance Program which provides a utility credit of up to $250 for eligible single-family households to use toward their TPU bill. This program has fewer criteria than their existing Bill Credit Assistance Program, so families who have been declined in the past may want to check again. Visit the website and scroll down to view income eligibility requirements. Other restrictions may apply, families will need to check directly with TPU or fill out the application to determine eligibility.
