Nathan has made tremendous progress since joining our after school sound reading program at Sherman elementary. In September he was averaging 37 sight words, since continuing with our Communities In Schools program he is now averaging 237 sight words. since his participation in the Sound Reading program, his teacher has noticed that Nathan is much more confident and excited about reading in the classroom. He always comes to class with a smile on his face, eager to read. Nathan has been working so hard and we are very proud of him.
