Exita Lealofi has served as a CIS ISS at Mount Tahoma High School for the past three years — fittingly, her own alma mater. Her passion for enhancing student engagement and retention within K-12 systems has driven her throughout her career and inspired her to pursue her education further, earning her BA from the University of Washington Tacoma and her MA in Student Development Administration from Seattle University.
Exita loves coordinating events centered around her students’ needs, and she enjoys coming up with new ways to keep students engaged and coming to school, helping them find their pathways toward their own ideal versions of success.
