Nicole Jackson is the Director of Development and Communications at Communities in Schools of Tacoma (CIST). Prior to CIST, Nicole was the Director of Program Operations at Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue a leader in the Youth Development space. Previously, she was the Director of Youth Services at the Native American Youth & Family Center in Portland, Oregon. Nicole has spent her career ensuring that youth are successful by working to improve systems for youth to succeed.
She has contributed to the Boys & Girls of America publication the Blueprint-The Definitive Program Resource for Boys & Girls Clubs, was a National Trainer of Trainers, and awarded a National Merit Award for Excellence in Character & Leadership. She has a bachelor’s degree from Western Oregon University. She has completed numerous Leadership training courses through Boys & Girls Clubs and other institutions.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, running, cooking, baking and traveling.
