Known for his visionary approach, Jacob has elevated TAPCO’s brand visibility, fostered community engagement, and advanced initiatives that reflect the organization’s mission and values.
Before joining TAPCO, Jacob spent 11 years with the Naccarato Restaurant Group in Downtown Tacoma, serving as Marketing Manager for the iconic Pacific Grill. In this role, he honed his expertise in branding, event promotion, and customer engagement, contributing to the restaurant’s reputation as a premier dining destination.
With a career spanning multiple industries, Jacob has developed a proven track record of success in integrated marketing, strategic planning, and driving growth through innovative and inclusive campaigns. A lifelong resident of Tacoma, he grew up on the city’s Eastside and takes pride in giving back to his community. In his spare time, Jacob enjoys hiking, going on walks with his dog, and volunteering to make Tacoma a better place to live.
