Eliana has a background in early childhood education, as well as social work and case management services. She has worked as a Family Support Specialist, which led her to combine her passions and led her to Communities In Schools. She enjoys partnering with others that have the best interest in mind for the students. She loves working with students because she believes “it takes a village,” and being a part of the community that contributes to the success and happiness of the students brings her fulfillment.
Eliana is originally from Tacoma, and outside of work she enjoys watching documentaries and singing karaoke. She has a passion for writing and music, and values servitude for others.
