Stephanie Caldwell is the Director of Diversity, Equity and Community Engagement for Absher Construction Company, and has worked in the construction industry for 25 years. Stephanie has been a Tacoma resident since 1968.
Stephanie brings a wealth of experience with working in the local community through her role at Absher. Stephanie’s in-depth work over the past years has built lasting relationships with local businesses and residents.
She loves serving on the Communities In Schools Board because it allows her to be part of the collective effort to ensure the success of our students.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved fur babies, cats.
