Lindsey Grays, MSBA is a Program Manager at Meta Platforms, Inc. (Seattle, WA) leading an Admin Education program focused on continuing education approaches for both strengthened partnerships and upskilling in support of improved business outcomes.
Prior to her time at Meta, Lindsey served as the Executive Coordinator in the Gender Equality Division at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (Seattle, WA).
Earning her bachelor’s degree from Spelman College (Atlanta, GA) and her master’s degree from University of Washington (Tacoma, WA), Lindsey is a proponent of removing access barriers to a stellar education for those in historically disadvantaged communities.
As a Washington State native, Lindsey currently lives in Tacoma with her husband and son and loves to serve, specifically, on the Board of Directors for Communities in Schools of Tacoma.
She sees her role on the Board as an opportunity to remove education access barriers and wrap around students by providing care in both large and small ways that are both obvious and nuanced.
In her spare time, she loves to volunteer and spend time with her family.
