Smiling Mind is a free mindfulness app with tools and exercises for children and adults to learn mindfulness skills, including identifying emotions and emotional state, simple meditation and breathing techniques, and practicing gratitude. These skills can help relieve stress and improve well-being.
The Tacoma School District has created Whole Child learning materials aimed at helping students of all ages develop skills like warm greetings, emotion checks, and relationship building. Each packet is in PDF format and can be downloaded to view or print.
